On February 27, 2002 it was first reported that Ty Australia & Ty New Zealand were starting a new
promotion to earn a free Ty Exclusive Beanie Baby. To promote Ty products in these countries Ty issued little punch cards to retailers, when a buyer bought 10 Beanie Babies they could send in their receipts and the punch card to Ty for their free Beanie Baby!
At the time of the printing of the cards it was not known what the "Free Ty Exclusive Beanie Baby" would be. Was it going to be another exclusive to Australia? Turns out that the free Beanie Baby was 1 of the other 5 Pacific Flower Exclusives. What a great deal!
Wow was I very surprised to see aboutBeanies featured on the cards! A lot of excitement for myself! :)
