Ty Stardust - Harrods Exclusive Classic
On November 1, 2003 Ty announced Stardust the Ty Classic as a Harrods Toy Kingdom London, England exclusive. The first 500 Stardust Bears handed out on this day only came with a First Day Issue Certificate, each hand signed by Patricia Roche, head of Ty Europe.
